Terms and Conditions
Maximum 4 Adults and 2 Children in our cottages. Each Cottage has a set Max Occupancy please observe and follow this.
No parties are allowed in the Cottages
Our Cottages are SMOKE FREE and Pets are not allowed in any cottages. Cottage 4 is our only pet friendly cottage. There is a pet fee of $25.00 for dogs up to 25 lbs. & $ 50.00 for dogs over 25 lbs (depending on the size of dog). Pet Waiver must be signed at time of check in.
Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. – You are not allowed to interfere with others quiet enjoyment of the park during any part of the day or night. This includes loud music and shouting in the park, and/or in day use areas.
Pool Hours – 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
Check out Time – 10:00 am. Check in Time – 4:00 pm
Minimum 2 night stay and 3 night stay for long weekends (holiday weekend)
House rules must be approved / accepted at time of booking
No children are allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult. NO pets allowed in pool area.
No eating allowed in pool area. All drinks must be in a plastic bottle or cup.
WIFI is available at the gazebo beside the office.
All visitors must park in the visitors parking area.
The road around the property is one way with a speed limit of 10kms.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation Guarantee Deposit: A credit card deposit is required with Ceilidh Cottages to hold your reservation which will be charged at time of booking.
All cancellations received up to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 100 % refund less a $30.00 Administration Fee.
All cancellations received up to 15-29 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.
All cancellations received up to 7-14 days of arrival will receive a 25% refund.
All cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will receive a 0% refund.
