PET WAIVER FORM

Welcome to Ceilidh Cottages and Campground. In an effort to ensure that all of our guests enjoy a comfortable stay, we ask that pet owners be completely responsible for all of their pet(s) needs.

Please complete and submit the form below, accepting responsibility for abiding by this pet policy:

  1. No more than two (2) pets are permitted in our pet-friendly Cottage and Rental RV at a time.
  2. No pet(s) should be left unattended in the cottage or Rental RV. Any noise disruption to other guests that we have to compensate for will be charged to the pet owner. If we receive any complaints from a guest that a pet(s) is left alone we will have the animal removed from the premises at the owner’s expense.
  3. I agree that any damages to the floors, furniture and fixtures will be billed to me (the pet owner) at replacement cost or the cost of cleaning and/or repairing, at the owner’s discretion.
  4. I (the pet owner) must be responsible for picking up and disposing of waste from my pet(s).
  5. I (the pet owner) release Ceilidh Cottages and Campground, its owners, from any and all liability for any injury and/or damage suffered by my pet.
  6. I agree that I assume full responsibility for any injury or damage caused or alleged to be caused by my pet(s), and incurred or alleged to be incurred by any guest, employee or invitee of Ceilidh Cottages and Campground. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ceilidh Cottages and Campground from and against any and all alleged or actual losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees and court costs) suffered by Ceilidh Cottages and Campground, asserted by any guest, invitee, employee or person, arising out of or in connection with my pet(s)’s stay at Ceilidh Cottages and Campground.
  7. I understand that pets are NOT allowed on any of the furniture or the beds. If there is evidence of my pet(s) on the furniture or bedding, I will be charged a cleaning fee of $100.00.
  8. I understand that my pet(s) MUST BE on a leash at all times and accompanied by myself at all times.
  9. Ceilidh Cottages reserves the right to evict the pet(s) owner from the cottage or Rental RV if it is deemed necessary because of disruption to other guests or destruction of property by pet(s).

** If Ceilidh Cottages and Campground determines any failure to comply with any part of the above agreement, you may be asked to leave the property immediately and without reimbursement. **

These steps will help provide everyone — including your pet(s) — with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
